About Senior Footcare

Senior Footcare was founded in 1981 by Nancy Betschart after she recognized a growing need for compassionate, professional preventive foot care for older adults in our community. Around that same time, Nancy's 10-year-old daughter, Tosha, drew the foot logo that has represented our company ever since.

Today, more than 45 years later, Tosha proudly leads the family business alongside Nancy, continuing the same commitment to exceptional patient care while building on the legacy that began over four decades ago.

Our team is made up exclusively of Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs). We believe professional nursing care provides an added level of expertise, allowing us to assess the overall health of the feet, recognize potential concerns such as diabetes-related complications or poor circulation, and provide safe, personalized preventive foot care.

Each month, we are honored to care for approximately 800 to 1,000 patients throughout the Puget Sound region. Whether patients visit our office, receive care at home, or see us at one of our community clinic locations, our mission remains the same—to provide compassionate, professional care that helps people stay healthy, active, and independent.
